your challenges are our challenges
Perhaps an impossible achievement, but when it comes to safety our focus is on working to deliver fleets that minimise avoidable risk and hopefully eliminate accidents. This is a constant theme in everything we do – every process, every recommendation, every inspection and every service. Which is why we make sure that our technicians are trained to the highest of standards.
People are at the heart of our zero accidents policy – putting the safety of your customers, employees and other road users as paramount.
With our strong belief in a preventative approach, our proactive tyre maintenance programme will manage many tyre issues before they become real problems. Our technicians will check pressure levels, wear, tread and wheel condition, in addition to inspecting for any damage that may increase the possibility of failure.
Our technicians continually collect data on tyre wear, tyre damage and replacement patterns. This data is used directly and as a pooled resource, to direct improvements to tyre management on a fleet and even individual vehicle basis. This makes great economic sense too – not only significantly reducing breakdowns, but in minimising delays and potential damage to your reputation.
Which is why we make sure our technicians are trained to the highest of standards; 'License to Fit', City & Guilds standard and REACT accredited. Training is supported by our in-house and third party trainers, including the technical schools of Michelin and Bridgestone.
Our Investors in People accreditation ensures our policy of continual improvement, where every technician receives regular refresher and update training.
Keeping up to date with all relevant legislation too, we only offer tyres, equipment, management solutions and working methods that are fully compliant with EU and UK health and safety legislation. Accredited to quality standard ISO 9001, Investors in People and SafeContractor, we continue to work closely with our industry partners, legislative bodies and customers to lead improvements in tyre safety and management.
You’ll be confident in the knowledge that when a liveried Tructyre vehicle and trained technician arrive, they are fully compliant, instantly recognisable and will require minimal management. All technicians wear personal protective equipment, the equipment on our vehicles is calibrated and certified, fully compliant and scrupulously maintained. We're delighted to raise the bar with TyreWatch the market leading tyre pressure monitoring system. Providing real-time information to your drivers as they drive, it alerts them of changes in the tyres that may subsequently become an issue.
Tructyre are proud to play a part in driving down accidents on an industry-wide basis. We work closely with our industry partners, legislative bodies and customers to develop and implement improvements in tyre safety and management.
